Customers report high satisfaction with Carmenta

We are very pleased to announce that the result from our recent customer satisfaction survey has been finalised with a high score. The results are based on a survey carried out in the autumn of 2020 in which customers were asked to rate our products and services according to a range of criteria.
The excellent overall scores validate our long-held belief in the importance of keeping in close dialogue with our customers and getting their honest feedback. Not only is this the foundation of partnership; it’s also the only way to be certain we are meeting customer needs and adding real value as a partner. We are happy to see we are on the right track.
