Our Professional Services team is also here to handle any special requests, whether it’s kickstarting your next project, supporting a specific development task or building a bespoke GIS solution.
We work closely with our customers, offering direct line support from our product developers and ensuring rapid response times. Our problem investigations always incorporate best practices, and we promptly deliver patches for urgent issues.
Product support
When contacting Carmenta Product Support, please provide us with the following:
- Your Carmenta product and version.
- The name of your company (and project if applicable).
- Your license ID found in the Start menu under /Carmenta (version)/Carmenta license key manager.
Support issues relating to Carmenta Engine, Carmenta Server, Carmenta Geodata Organiser or Carmenta Map Builder are sent to: support@carmenta.com
Attachments should not be larger than 2Mb. If you would like to send us larger attachments you are welcome to use our ftp area. Ask for this in your e-mail and we will help you.
