Testing interoperability in practice: Carmenta at CWIX 2026
Each year, NATO’s Coalition Warrior Interoperability Exercise (CWIX) brings together allied nations, partner organisations, and industry to test how systems and information exchange perform in real-world conditions. The exercise provides a structured environment where technologies are connected, evaluated, and refined as part of multinational scenarios.
Rather than focusing on individual systems in isolation, CWIX addresses how capabilities work together. This includes the ability to exchange data, maintain situational awareness, and support decision-making across organisational and national boundaries. Results from the exercise are used to identify areas for improvement and to support the ongoing development of interoperable systems.
Carmenta at CWIX 2026
Carmenta is proud to participate in CWIX 2026 in collaboration with Allied Armed Forces, and to contribute to this collaborative effort. Our technology is developed with interoperability at its core, designed to integrate seamlessly into complex environments where multiple systems, data sources, and organisations need to work together.
Exercises like CWIX provide an important opportunity to engage with partners and validate not only how systems connect, but how they can be used effectively in a broader operational context.
