Insights from our Customer Survey

At Carmenta, we work to ensure that our customers’ needs are at the heart of everything we do! Therefore, to understand our customers’ experiences, and how we can improve our products and services, we recently conducted a customer survey.

Customer Satisfaction

We are very proud to share that 85% of our customers express satisfaction or high satisfaction with Carmenta’s products and services. This is a strong indicator of our customers’ trust in us, and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support.

Survey Highlights

The survey identified several other key strengths that we are equally proud of:

  • Our team is commended for their ability to listen and present tailored solutions.
  • Our customers highlight that we maintain regular contact and strong relationships with them.
  • Carmenta’s products are recognized for their high quality.
  • Our clients note that we provide high-quality consulting services and act swiftly in client matters.

Areas to Improve

While the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, we also received some suggestions on areas where we can improve. One of these areas is the clarity and communication around our licensing models. This is something we will address and are actively working to improve.

Thank you!

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in the survey. We are committed to acting on your input, so stay tuned as we continue this work. And if you have any feedback for us, don’t hesitate to contact us.
